The first training seminar "FILOGRAFIA" for trainers was held in Lucca on 19-20-21-22 September 2005.
31 participants from Italy, Germany, Greece and France participated to the seminar.

19/09/2005 - Morning

- Activities:

- Presentation of the working team (coordinators, experts, national teams)
- Activities to get to know each other

- Methodologies:

Plenary session, presentation of the working teams
Working Group, activities to know each other

- Working language:

English for the plenary session; English/ All languages for the working groups

- Facilitators:

Coordinators and experts will participate and facilitate the whole process

Afternoon
o Visit the city, get to know the place and the culture
o Responsible for the organisation: Erre Effe srl.

20 September 2005 - Exchange of experiences and good practices

- Actvities:

- National Teams will present their experiences on "creative work" (objectives, methodology, media, etc.)
- Discussion and exchange of information and experiences so that the whole group get to know each others' experiences

- Methodologies:

- Each NT presents their experiences to the plenum (~1 hour the maximum for each team)
- Discussion follows each presentation with the trainers divided into mixed groups (0,5 hour).
- 2 NT presentations in the morning, 2 NT presentations in the afternoon

- Working language

- English for the presentation in plenary session
- Groups will take into consideration the language preference

- Facilitators:
Coordinators and experts will participate and facilitate the whole process

21 Septembre 2005 - Creativity and Computers

- Actvities:

- Presentation of case studies where creative writing was combined with computer use in self expression and social inclusion (duration: 1 hour)

- Computer workshops in mixed groups: 1 workshop in the morning, 1 in the afternoon

- Creativity workshop in mixed group about the use of media in teaching adults to express oneself: 1 workshop in the morning, 1 in the afternoon

- Methodologies:
- Presentation of a case study in plenary session
- Computer workshops in mixed groups:
2 groups of 15 people; 2 workshops of 2,5 hours
- Creativity workshops in mixed group:
2 groups of 15 people; 2 workshops of 2,5 hours

- Working language:
English for the presentation of a case study
Groups will take into consideration the language preference

- Logistic and technological requirement:
11/15 PC with Internet connection
2/3 classrooms

22 September 2005 Workshop / Morning

- Actvities:

o Transform experiences and good practices with the use of Computers. (Construction of a multicultural Web page)
Mixed group of 4 people each
Experts will be available to help with problems and ideas

Afternoon
- Actvities:

o Presentation and discussion of results/products realized in the groups (half hour for each team)
o Plenary session: general discussion, results and perspectives

- Methodologies

- Work in small groups for transforming experiences and good practices with the use of Computer

- General Discussion: all the NT groups, experts, coordinators

- Working language
Groups will take into consideration the language preference
English, French in the plenary session

- Logistic and technological requirement:
o 1 big room with 3 computers at each corner (internet connection)
